In this course Ayur-Vedic film, the "Opening Healing Prayers" below are based on Vajrayana Buddhist Siddham Hindu Sanskrit Mantra Chanting Highest Yoga Tantra of Medicine Buddha.
Opening Healing Prayers for
Tibetan Ayurveda Medicine Class:

“Om Namo Bhagavate Bhaisajya Guru Vaidurya Prabaha Rajaya Tathagataya Arhaté Samyaksam Bodhi Tadyata Om Bhaisajé Bhaisajé Bhaisajya Samudgaté Svaha.”

Namo Four-Unlimited-Minds - Four Immeasurables - Four-Far-Reaching-Attitudes - Namo Chatur- Maha-Brahma-Viharas- great loving-kindness (Namo Maha Maitri), great compassion (Namo Maha Karuna), great sympathetic joy (Namo Maha Mudita), and great renunciation-detachment-equanimity (Namo Maha Upeksha).

The Four immeasurable Thoughts
Namo Maha Upeksha: How wonderful it would be if all sentient beings were to abide in equanimity (Maha Upeksha), free from hatred and attachment, not holding some close and others distant.
May they abide in equanimity. I myself will cause them to abide in equanimity.
Please, guru-deity, bless me to be able to do this.

Meditate briefly on tong-len (exchanging self for others), taking on all the disturbing emotions (tri-kleshas - three poisons of vata windy anxiety raga klesha, pitta fiery anger dvesha klesha, kapha sticky muddy-muddled ignorance moha klesha) of sentient beings and giving them to your self-cherishing thought, thus destroying it.

Namo Maha Mudita: How wonderful it would be if all sentient beings had happiness and the causes of happiness.
May they have happiness and its causes. I myself will cause them to have happiness and its causes.
Please, guru-deity, bless me to be able to do this.

Meditate briefly on tong-len (exchanging self for others), transforming your body into a wish-granting jewel (chittamani) that gives every sentient being every kind of temporal and ultimate happiness that they desire and need.

Namo Maha Karuna: How wonderful it would be if all sentient beings were free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May they be free from suffering and its causes. I myself will cause them to be free from suffering and its causes. Please, guru-deity, bless me to be able to do this.
Meditate briefly on tong-len (exchanging self for others), taking on the sufferings and causes of suffering of all sentient beings.

Namo Maha Maitri: How wonderful it would be if all sentient beings were never separated from the happiness of higher rebirth and liberation. May they never be separated from these. I myself will cause them never to be separated from these. Please, guru-deity, bless me to be able to do this.

Meditate briefly on tong-len (exchanging self for others), giving all one's merits of past, present, and future and their results, including enlightenment, to all sentient beings.

LC 4 For the sake of all mother sentient beings, I shall become a guru-deity (Bodhisattva or Buddha)
And place all sentient beings In the supreme state of a guru-deity. (3x)
Meditate here on generating special bodhichitta in order to enter into the practice of Mantra - Highest Yoga Tantra (Maha Anuttara Tantra).

Generating Special 'Bodhichitta.
LC 5 For the sake of all mother sentient beings I shall quickly, quickly, in this very life, Realize the state of a primordial guru-yidam Buddha (Namo Tathagata Kulaya: Namo Vairochana-Nishyanda-Shakyamuni; Namo Padma Kulaya: Namo Vajradharma-Amitayus-Amitabha; Namo Vajra Kulaya: Namo Vajradhara-Akshobhya-Bhaisajyaguru)

LC 6 I shall free all mother sentient beings from suffering And place them in the great bliss of Buddhahood; Therefore, I shall now practice The profound path of guru-yidam yoga.

Dissolve and absorb the refuge merit field and meditate on the three kayas (Om-Ah-Hum -- 1. OM Dharma-Kaya - Dharma-Dhatu - Tathagata-Garbha - Buddha-Matrix, 2. AH Sambhoga-Kaya - Reward Body - Enjoyment Body, 3. HUM Nirmana-Kaya - Transformation Body)

"The Dharani true words Nan Ya Hung (Om Ah Hum) are Vairochana, Amitabha and Akshobhya Medicine Buddha. The Dharma, Reward and Transformation bodies' three great meanings: All sages and worthies of the ten directions come forth from these." (From Ven. Master Hsuan Hua's Shurangama Commentary) OM AH HUM HA HO HRI

Because I, the deities, the field of merit, and all other phenomena are imputations (merely labeled - shunyata) on dependent arisings (pratityasamutpada), everything becomes empty having the true nature of selflessness (anatman), free from the four extremes such as eternalism, nihilism, and so forth.

OM SVABHAVA SHUDDHA SARVA DHARMA SVABHAVA SHUDDHO HAM
OM SHUNYATA JNANA VAJRA SVABHAVA ATMAKO HAM

Pause to meditate here on emptiness.
Then arise in the form of Medicine Buddha (Bhaisajya Guru)
or as whatever highest yoga tantra deity you have been initiated into.

LC 1 From within great bliss (Maha Sukha Samvara), I arise as a guru-deity.
From my clear body, masses of light rays radiate into the ten directions,
Blessing the world and its beings.
All becomes perfectly arrayed with only infinitely pure qualities.
